My work begins with small encounters from daily life — objects, situations, or gestures that would normally pass unnoticed. Instead of just recording them, I treat them as if they mean to do something, letting them briefly play a role.

If I keep looking at something long enough, it stops behaving like background. It starts to interrupt me, almost like it insists on being part of the scene.

I’m not trying to find hidden meanings. I’m following the moment when what I thought I understood no longer stays stable. When the familiar becomes slightly unreliable.
